Check the Thermostat before installing it; ensure that the air bleed valve is facing upward. Mount the Thermostat and install a new Thermostat o-ring subsequent to connecting the Thermostat Housing to the cylinder block. Tighten the Thermostat cap using the 2 nuts, it to 9 nm (80 inch lbs). Fill up the Radiator with approved coolant, start the engine, run it until the coolant shows the temperature of operation with warm hoses and coolant in the Radiator as flow.
