How to Service and Repair the Blower Motor Resistor on 2003 Cadillac DeVille?

The auxiliary blower motor resistor is replaced by removing the right console accessory trim plate. Unplug the electric connector and take off the screws that hold the resistor. To install, place the resistor, screw it in place, reconnect the electrical connector and screw the trim plate of the console back in place.
