The first step for replacing the rear electrical center or junction block requires one to disconnect the negative Battery Cable from the battery then remove the rear fuse block cover. First detach the positive Battery Cable fastener at the Battery Cable before removing the positive Battery Cable from the rear fuse block. Start by unclipping four retaining clips of the electrical fuse block before lifting it up and flipping it over. Begin by removing three fasteners on the connector followed by uninstallation of all fuse block connectors. To install the fuse block reconnect its connectors to the rear assembly before starting the fasteners and torquing them to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Connect the positive Battery Cable with its fastener to the rear fuse block before tightening the fastener to 15 n.m (11 lb ft). The last step consists of placing the negative Battery Cable back onto the battery.
