Start by taking off the air shut-off valve before following the removal sequence to remove ignition cassette retaining bolts so you can safely remove the ignition cassette. Installation starts by attaching the Spark Plug boots to their respective plugs then mounting the ignition cassette while checking that the grounding spring and insulator remain in position. Use the torque sequence to carefully torque the ignition cassette retaining bolts to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Proceed by installing the air shut-off valve after which you need to reattach both the air vent solenoid electrical connector and ignition cassette electrical connector and finally install the fuel injector sight shield.
