How to replace the Steering Column Seal on the intermediate shaft on 2003 Cadillac DeVille?

To change the seal on the steering shaft, intermediate, take out the steering column and the intermediate steering shaft as well as the vacuum brake booster. Cut off fuel lines to work on the seal retaining bolts, and remove the seal. Install new seal, fix it and reassemble parts, making sure that there is no binding during the use.
