  A: The procedure for right Engine Mount replacement begins with supporting the vehicle and removing front tire wheels and shock module one after another. First drain the lower Engine Mount retaining nuts from the bracket on the Engine Mount frame before separating the three bolts between the upper bracket and the engine block bracket. The first step to replace the right Engine Mount entails installing a pole jack under the Oil Pan supported by a wood block before removing the three engine-mount-frame-bracket retaining bolts. Lift the engine 2 1/4 inches while measuring from the Oil Pan base to the transmission support crossmember front edge and push the engine to rest adjacent to the left frame side. Separate the Engine Mount from the upper Engine Mount Bracket when you remove both items from their bracket mounted in the frame. The engineer will need to change out the Engine Mount Bracket spacer in case of damage. The technician should install the replacement Engine Mount Bracket spacer while tightening its bolts up to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Position the Engine Mount shield cut-out facing away from the engine before installing the mount to the upper Engine Mount Bracket and fastening the nuts to 50 nm torque. Secure the Engine Mount frame bracket onto the frame structure by tightening its bolts to 100 nm (74 ft. Lbs.). Set the engine to face right of the frame before attaching the left side Engine Mount frame bracket along with its keeping bolts which need tightening to 100 nm (74 ft. Lbs.). Lower the engine until the Engine Mount studs meet the frame bracket holes and remove the pole jack with the blocked wood support. After installing the shock module you should replace the front tire and wheels followed by lowering the vehicle. Then apply torque of 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.) to the Engine Mount nuts.
