How to replace the lower front door striker on 2003 GMC Sonoma?

The replacement of the lower front door striker is done by opening the side access door and taking off the retaining bolts. Remove the lower door striker, and install the new one on the vehicle, as per the Fastener Notice, in Service Precautions. Lastly, fit and tighten the bolts in order to secure it.
