Begin installations of the front side door Window Regulator by setting the window to the maximum up position then removing the door trim. Begin by taking off the water deflector before taping the window at its maximum height. By accessing through holes in the inner door panel users should loosen the window clamps twelve times before connecting the door trim panel wiring harness. The procedure starts by lowering the Window Regulator to the point where it reaches 3/4 of its total descent length then disconnecting the electrical connector from the Window Regulator motor. Take the Window Regulator out of the door after removing bolts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). To install the Window Regulator, place it into the door space and fasten the Window Regulator bolts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) using a torque of 9 nm (80 lb in). Drop the window glass behind the window channel clamps by removing tape then position it with the glass completely back in the channel. Users should start the vehicle and check Window Motor power at maximum while inspecting Window Motor positioning and adjustments. Position the window fully upward and fasten its clamp nuts to 11 nm (95 lb in). Perform a seal test and follow with window operation inspection before ending the procedure.
