How to replace the rear wheel bearing/hub on 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

Start the repair process by hoisting the vehicle and taking off all rear wheels and tires before moving on to the brake rotor. Unclip the Wheel Speed Sensor abs electrical connector when present and pull off the park brake cable from the actuator. Start by removing the rear bearing/hub mounting bolts then detach the Wheel Bearing/hub and park brake assembly from the knuckle. Take out the park brake actuator through the rear Wheel Bearing/hub. Connect the park brake actuator to the Wheel Bearing/hub first before putting on the Wheel Bearing/hub and park brake assembly to the knee. Secure the Wheel Bearing and knuckle bolts at 75 nm torque (55 foot pounds). Connect the park brake cable to its actuator and join the abs electrical connector to the Wheel Speed Sensor when provided. Reinstall the brake rotor on the wheel and fit the tires before lowering the car back to the ground.
