How to replace the right exhaust manifold on 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L engines on 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 3500?

To replace the right exhaust manifold for 4.8L 5.3L and 6.0L raise the vehicle and remove the exhaust manifold pipe nuts. Remove the spark plugs, exhaust manifold bolts, manifold and gasket. Clean manifold and install new gasket and tighten bolts in a specific pattern. Finally, reinsert the exhaust manifold pipe nuts.
