How to replace the Oil Pressure Switch on 2004 Chevrolet SSR?

To replace the Engine Oil Pressure Sensor, first (in case of necessity) it is necessary to remove dnvalvievese. Unplug the oil pressure sensor electrical connector. With the use of Oil Pressure Sensor Socket (J 41712), keep changing the oil pressure sensor. Seal the threads of the new oil pressure sensor with sealant GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480). Install the oil pressure sensor in the Oil Pressure Sensor Socket (J41712) and tighten it to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). Finally, connect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector and, if necessary, reinstall the engine sight shield.
