How to replace the defroster Blend Door Actuator on 2005 Buick Rainier?

The first thing to do to replace the defroster actuator is to take out the I/P carrier, then remove the electrical connector. Then, unscrew the defroster actuator and pull it out from the car. When putting the new defroster actuator in place, fasten it with the screws and tighten them to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in), not forgetting the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. When the actuator is secured, connect the electrical connector and install the I/P carrier again.
