How to replace the rear washer pump on 2005 Buick Rainier?

Start by removing the washer solvent container then break the attachment of washer hose from the pump. Pull the pump up from the retainer to separate it from the solvent container. Then push the pump upward to take it out of the sealing grommet and discard the grommet. Insert a new sealing grommet in the container and apply washer solvent to it before setting it in place. Affix the pump into the new grommet's sealing section and fix it to the holder on the solvent container. After that attach the hose to the pump unit and replace the washer solvent tank.
