How to replace the front Ride Height Sensor for the electronic suspension on 2005 Cadillac XLR?

Vehicle replacement of the front position sensor for electronic suspension requires users to turn off ignition power before setting it on a suitable safety stand. Start by taking off the tire assembly followed by removing the esc sensor harness connection at its location. The position sensor link should be dismounted from the control arm link stud before proceeding to remove the position sensor mounting bolts and extracting the position sensor from the vehicle. Before attaching the position sensor to the vehicle you should refer to the fastener notice in service precautions. Then install the position sensor mounting bolts while tightening to 3 nm (26 inch lbs.). Install the position sensor link to the control arm link stud while connecting the esc position sensor harness connector and then replace the tire and wheel assembly and finish by lowering the vehicle.
