The first step to replace the rear position sensor for the electronic suspension is to turn off the Ignition Switch and lift the vehicle with a suitable safety stand. Start by taking off the wheel and tire and disconnect the esc position sensor harness connector. Move the position sensor link from the control arm link stud as your first step before disassembling position sensor mounting bolts to extract the position sensor out of the automobile. Put the new position sensor into the vehicle before tightening the mounting bolts to 7 nm (62 inch lbs.) while following the fastener notice in service precautions.
