Before continuing with Fan Shroud replacement you must first remove the cooling Fan Motor bolts and eliminate the cooling fan motors. The installation requires you to install cooling fan motors followed by their bolt tightening to 8 nm (70 inch lbs). The scribe marks on cooling fan blades need alignment with motor shafts before installing the retention clips onto the blades for reinstallation of the complete fan assembly.
