How to replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) on 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

To replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM), disconnect the icm electrical connector and remember the location of the Spark Plug Wires before disconnecting them from ignition coils. Then, shut off the Ignition Coil screws and pull out ignition coils from the icm : following that, take out the icm module from the module mounting bracket. Installation starts with you installing the icm to module mounting bracket then the ignition coils to the icm locking them under using Ignition Coil screws to tighten to 4.5 n.m(40 lb in). Reconnect sparks on plug wire as marked while attaching the wires and finally join icm electrical connectors.
