How to Replace an Ambient Temperature Sensor on 2006 Chevrolet Corvette?

To replace the ambient air temperature sensor, first, lift and support the vehicle. Unplug the ambient air temperature sensor, and remove the push-in retainer that holds the ambient air temperature sensor to the lower RH side of radiator support. Remove the ambient air sensor which is placed on the radiator support. For installation replace ambient air temperature sensor back to the lower radiator support making sure that sensor probe end is inboard, while the electrical connector is outboard. Secure the sensor with the push in retainer and the electrical connection rerouted.
