  A: To replace the valve lifters, remove the Cylinder Head and the guide bolts (211) 1st. Following this, remove the guides (210) and the lifters, making sure to record their locations, as the notched section of the guide should match that of the locating tab on the block. Rummage the valve lifters (209) away from the guide (210) and come together or note the components where they are to be reinstated later back to their original place. When reinstalling the valve lifters as well as when reinstalling the valve lifters again, they are supposed to be returned to their original positions. If Camshaft replacement is required, then valve lifters as well have to be changed. Apply clean engine oil while lubricating the valve lifters (209) and the engine block valve lifter bores. After doing this, the flat area on the top liftier has to be fitted and linked with the flat area in the lifter guide bore. A compulsion to press the lifter into the guide bore has to be exerted. Take valve lifters and guide assembly (210) to the valve lifter guide bolts (211) and tighten it along with the blocks, and tighten bolt points to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.).
