How to replace the rear brake line on 2006 GMC Envoy?

To replace the rear brake hose, first include raising of the vehicle and removal of the tire and wheel assembly. Clean the brake hose and the brake pipe fittings of all the dirt and foriegn material. With the help of back up wrench, the rear brake hose should be disconnected from the brake pipe hinge to ensure the installation of a rubber plug or a cap on the exposed end of the brake pipe fitting hoses to prevent the chances of losing brake fluids or contamination. Then pull out the Brake Line retainer bolt with the frame, and brake hose bolt from the brake caliper being careful to pull out any metal gaskets bonded to brake caliper or brake hose end and dispose of the copper gaskets. For installing, ensure that it is done with new copper gaskets at the rear brakes' caliper bolt and install the rear brake hose at the rear brakes' caliper and tighten the rear brakes bolt with 44 nm (23ft. Lbs). Unfit the rubber plug or cap of the rear brake pipe fitting, secure the brake pipe to the brake hose, and immobilize the rear brake pipe fitting with the back ups with a torque of 220nm (180ft.lbs.). Mount the brake pipe retaining bolt at the frame and torque it to the value of 20 nm (18 ft. Lbs). Finally, perform a bleed on the hydraulic brake system, install the tire and wheel assembly and bring down the vehicle.
