The repair of Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (RPO NT7) starts with liner removal from the rear compartment and subsequent removal of the cover bolts and fuel sender access hole cover. The procedure starts with disconnecting the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connector from the fuel tank pressure sensor before removing the sensor itself. Begin the replacement by attaching the new fuel tank pressure sensor first and following with the installation of the fuel level sensor wiring harness electrical connector to it. Put the fuel sender access hole cover into position while securing its cover bolts at 2 N.m (18 lb in). Install the rear compartment liner after completing the installation.
