How to replace the intermediate steering column seal on 2007 Buick Lucerne?

To replace the intermediate steering shaft seal, make sure that there is a straight wheel and a steering column is locked in place. Lock it using Steering Column Anti-Rotation Pin. Take off the dash insulator, pull off the intermediate shaft seal and press the shaft down. Install new seals, re-connect shaft and replace dash insulator.
