    A: The process to change the right rear park brake cable requires releasing the park brake followed by suspending the vehicle. Detaching the right side cable from the front cable begins with loosening the park brake cable equalizer nut before removing the right rear park brake cable mounting bracket and nut. Before installing the new park brake cable you should loosen the cable from the park brake actuator and squeeze the locking ring before pulling the cable free from the bracket. The park brake cable requires drilling out of its rivet attachments securing it at the Rear Crossmember. Follow the fastener notice when you install the park brake cable by connecting it to the park brake actuator then to the park brake cable bracket. Secure the wheel knuckle with the mounting bracket of the park brake cable before tightening the nut to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Proceed with connecting the park brake right side cable to the park brake equalizer and front cable before using 2 rivets to fasten the park brake cable to the Rear Crossmember. Adjust the park brake cable before lowering the vehicle.
