How to replace the upper timing chain guide on 2007 Chevrolet Colorado?

Begin the replacement of the upper Timing Chain Guide by removing the camshaft cover along with the upper Timing Chain Guide bolts until you extract the guide from the Cylinder Head. Place the upper Timing Chain Guide onto the Cylinder Head before distributing threadlock to the upper Timing Chain Guide bolt threads. You should put the upper Timing Chain Guide bolts in place before torquing them to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Finally, reinstall the camshaft cover.
