You need to place the upper Timing Chain Guide onto the Cylinder Head before applying threadlock gm p/n 12345498 (Canadian P/N 10953488) to its upper Timing Chain Guide bolts. When installing upper Timing Chain Guide bolts secure them at 10 nm (89 inch lbs. Torque). Finally, reinstall the camshaft cover.
