    A: It begins with disconnecting the negative Battery Cable and removing the air cleaner assembly. Place the engine supports first before disconnecting the Drive Belt and draining the cooling system fluid. Follow these steps: lift the vehicle then remove the crankshaft balancer and lower belt idler pulley and engine Oil Pan. Afterward remove the right Engine Mount Bracket while satisfying both left belt idler pulley and right Engine Mount Bracket bolts (2-4). Move forward with removing the Water Pump as well as the thermostat bypass hose adapter and radiator outlet hose that are mounted on the engine front cover. Users must remove bolts (2-4) in front of the engine and proceed to dismantle the engine front cover including its gasket . Smear sealer along the lower tabs of the engine front cover gasket before installing it to the engine block. Make sure the sealant bead reaches a minimum width of 5.0 mm (0.20 in). Secure the gasket to the engine block after placing it correctly on the locating pins and then install the engine front cover while aligning it with these pins. Tighten the engine front cover bolts (3, 4) to 55 n.m (41 lb ft) then install and tighten engine front cover bolts to 27 n.m (20 lb ft). Reinstall the engine front cover bolts (3, 4) until torque reaches 55 n.m (41 lb ft) before installing the radiator outlet hose and thermostat bypass hose adapter and Water Pump. Set the right Engine Mount Bracket into place followed by installing its bolts (2-4) with torque set at 55 n.m (41 lb ft). After this reset Engine Mount Bracket bolts to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Reinstall the left belt idler pulley before raising the vehicle and installing engine Oil Pan and lower belt idler pulley followed by crankshaft balancer installation. After vehicle lowering the team must install the Drive Belt then remove the engine support fixture before reinstalling the air cleaner assembly and negative Battery Cable connection while filling the cooling system.
