Successive replacement of fuel injectors requires users to remove the Fuel Rail followed by extraction of the Fuel Injector retaining clip before pulling out the Fuel Injector from the rail. Proceed with caution when you remove the upper o-ring and lower o-ring from the injector because you need to protect electrical connector pins and nozzles and keep the injector dry of cleaner. The new Fuel Injector assembly requires oil lubrication of o-rings (2, 4) before installation. The installation of Fuel Injector upper o-ring and lower o-ring should proceed before returning the Fuel Injector into the Fuel Rail. The installation process includes putting Fuel Injector retaining clips on the injectors before you restore the Fuel Rail. Make sure to get fuel injectors using the original part numbers during your order.
