How to service and repair the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and Valve Stem Oil Seal on 2008 Cadillac DTS?

In order to service the valve guide seal, pull out the right camshafts and lift up the vehicle. Clean the spark plug territory, and apply the On-Vehicle Valve Spring Compressor to reach the valve spring and remove it, as well as the old seal. Install the new seal, assemble everything, and fix everything and then lower down the vehicle.
