You should start by taking off the Fan Blade retaining nut from the motor and then remove the Fan Blade from the motor shaft. Move on to the next step which involves opening the shroud by removing its motor retaining screws before extracting the motor. You should insert the motor inside the shroud before installing the cooling Fan Motor retaining screws using a torque of 5 n.m (44 lb in). The Fan Blade gets mounted to the motor shaft after rotating to drop onto position before tightening the Fan Blade retaining nut to 7 n.m (62 lb in). Put back the cooling fan assembly as the final installation step.
