The lower retainer pins of the side air baffle need to be disconnected from the radiator before lowering the vehicle for further bracket bolt removal and support bracket extraction. Next, position the condenser to unfasten all the transmission oil cooler mounting bolts, then go on to remove the lower and upper condenser mounting bolts. The installation process includes attaching the new radiator, then reattaching the upper retainer pins of the side air baffle to its position. Secure the hose clamps by using the J 38185 (Hose Clamp Pliers) on the radiator outlet and inlet hoses. Then, attach the surge tank inlet hose while installing the radiator/condenser upper support along with the support brackets by tightening support bracket bolts at 9 Nm (80 lb in). Support the vehicle to link the bottom retainer pins of the side air baffles and then install the transmission oil cooler mounting bolts at 5 Nm and 44 lb in torque while the upper condenser mounts at 5.4 Nm and 48 lb in torque and the lower condenser mounts at 5.4 Nm and 48 lb in torque. The installation process ends with lowering the vehicle while filling up the cooling system.
