You must start by disconnecting the electric cooling fan then proceed to detach the upper and lower condenser mounting bolts. You should remove the lower retaining pins connecting the side air baffle to the Radiator to access Transmission Oil Cooler bolts. Reposition the condenser to connect the hoses while uninstalling those bolts. The removal process requires the user to lower the vehicle and employ j 38185 - hose clamp pliers to loosen hose clamp tension so the Radiator outlet hose while also removing the inlet hose together with the surge tank inlet hose and auxiliary water pump outlet hose. The Radiator support bracket bolts should be removed first followed by the support brackets and then disconnecting the upper air baffle retaining pins to extract the Radiator. After fitting the new Radiator within its placement position, hook up the upper air baffle retaining pins. Secure both support brackets to the Radiator with the support bracket bolts while torquing them to 9 nm (80 lb in). Secure each hose clamp with j 38185 - hose clamp pliers when reconnecting the auxiliary water pump outlet hose, surge tank inlet hose, Radiator inlet hose and Radiator outlet hose. Raise the vehicle and mount the toc with bolts while tightening them to 5 nm (44 lb in). Fasten first the lower pins on the side air baffle and then tighten the lower and upper condenser mounting bolts to 5.4 nm (48 lb in). You should complete the procedure by closing the electric cooling fan system and performing a cooling system fill.
