How to replace the Motor and Transmission Mount on a 2WD on 2008 Chevrolet Colorado?

First, raise and support the vehicle where the transmission mount for a 2WD vehicle are to be changed. With the help of a transmission jack, support the transmission, take off the 2 nuts fasten the transmission mount to the transmission support. Before disconnecting, lift the transmission off the support and remove the four transmission mount bolts including transmission mount and transmission mount spacer bolts. Second, remove the transmission mount spacer. Step one for installation, and install the transmission mount spacer followed by the spacer bolts. Subsequently, install the transmission mount and remember to tighten up the four bolts to 55 N.m (41 lb ft). Lower the transmission and secure it with the installation of the 2 nuts on the transmission mount to tighten them on 57 N.m (42 lb. ft.). Finally, slide out the transmission jack and drop the vehicle.
