Raise the cooling fan assembly upward before releasing the assembly from the Radiator slots and take it out. First secure and disconnect the surge tank inlet hose while also disconnecting upper transmission oil cooler lines with upper engine oil cooler lines when they are present. Vehicle support at an elevated position allows workers to use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to release tension from the outlet hose clamp before hose removal. The removal process of the Radiator requires detachment of the lower transmission and engine oil cooler lines from the Radiator.
