  A: Start Water Pump replacement by taking off the air cleaner intake duct and the accessory Drive Belt. Detach the Water Pump inlet and outlet hoses after you drain the cooling system and shift their clamps at the pump. Expand the task by moving the heater inlet and surge tank outlet hose clamps before taking off these components. Unbolt the Water Pump from its position then take off the gaskets and the Water Pump. Before installing the Water Pump check for damages then clean it. Join the Water Pump system to the engine block according to the fastener notice and put on the gaskets. Fasten the Water Pump bolts starting at 15 n.m (11 lb ft) before tightening them to 30 n.m (22 lb ft).
