First take out the seal washers from both Evaporator pipes and from the hvac module front of dash seal. You must unscrew the two blower case assembly halves before separating them in order to extract the Evaporator core. To install the Evaporator core, apply the right amount of polyalkylene glycol (PAG) oil before checking that the retaining seal is properly set at its correct location. Put the Evaporator core inside the blower case assembly then reattach its two halves with screws tightened to 1.5 n.m (13 lb in).
