How to replace the air conditioning evaporator core on 2008 Chevrolet Equinox?

In order to change the air conditioning evaporator core, take away the HVAC module and evaporator case assembly. Unscrew bolts which attach the TXV and remove the TXV and the backing plate. Take out the evaporator core in the blower case assembly. Add PAG oil, check seals and re-assemble parts then re-install the HVAC module.
