Turn the engine until the Piston reaches top dead center position first before you take out the valve keys to prevent valve drop into the cylinder. Insert the j 22794 (Spark Plug Port Adapter) tool into the Spark Plug port while supplying compressed air keeps the valves steady. Push the spring in place with the j 38606 (Valve Spring Compressor), remove the valve keys and valve spring cap, then take out the valve spring. Check the valve spring condition and replace it if broken before taking out the spring seat and Valve Stem Oil Seal. Use suitable tools to apply the spring seat and oil seal onto the valve guide boss while pressing down on the valve stem. Then put the valve assembly parts in place. After compressing the valve spring with j 38606 tool you should install the valve keys using grease to secure them. Use j 38606 to compress the valve spring until you can pull it off. Verify the valve keys fit their slots and let out the compressed air when removing j 22794 (Spark Plug Port Adapter). Reassemble the valve Rocker Arm with the Spark Plug into place.
