How to replace the ignition coil on 2008 Chevrolet HHR?

You need to first take off the air cleaner assembly to replace the Ignition Coil. Now disconnect the Ignition Coil electrical connector(s) , and remove the Ignition Coil bolt(s), prior to taking out the Ignition Coil(s). Put the Ignition Coil(s) back into place, being careful to use the correct fastener technique. Once the bolt(s) are tightened to 10 n.m (89 lb in), reconnect the Ignition Coil's electrical connectors and return the air cleaner assembly.
