How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2009 Buick Lucerne?

Set piston at TDC. Loosen spark plug and clean recess, remove plug and rocker arm. Install adapter, apply compressed air, compress valve spring, remove keys, cap and spring, then remove valve stem oil seal. Lubricate stem, fit correct seals, reinstall spring and keys, remove air, reinstall rocker arm and plug.
