How to replace the rear side door window regulator on 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

Start the rear side door Window Regulator replacement by detaching the door trim and the water deflector and the speaker before continuing. Proceed by first untightening the regulator window carrier bolts then suspend and support the window before removing the electrical connector from the motor. You must remove the 3 door bolts securing the assembly before removing the entire regulator element from the door structure. Start by putting the Window Regulator assembly into the door opening then tighten the 3 bolts to 10 nm (89 lb in). Next install the electrical connector back to the regulator motor and detach the window support. After that lower the window onto the regulator window carrier. Loosen the regulator window carrier bolts slightly then move the window to maximum upward position while keeping it on the run channels before securing the bolts at 10 nm (89 lb in). Place the speaker along with water deflector together with door trim panel back into their proper locations.
