How to replace the front wheel bearing and hub on an AWD on 2010 Cadillac STS?

To work on the front Wheel Bearing and hub of an awd vehicle requires lifting and resting the vehicle while also taking off the tire and wheel. Uncrew the driveshaft nut and store it before you take off the brake rotor. When working on wheel bearings remove the abs electrical connector from the splash shield not to touch the copper outer CV Boot that protects the wheel driveshaft. Install j 45859 or its equivalent on the Wheel Bearing/hub to disconnect the wheel driveshaft before you take out the Wheel Bearing/hub parts with a suitable tool. Install the new Wheel Bearing/hub away from allcontact with the boot, then tighten the Wheel Bearing/hub mounting bolts to 135 nm (100 lb ft). Fit the abs electrical connector onto the splash shield then attach it. Then install and bolt on a new wheel driveshaft retaining nut at 160 nm (118 lb ft). Complete the process by installing the rotor and tire/wheel while lowering the vehicle.
