  A: Begin you replacement of the refrigerant tubes (outside North America) by disconnecting the negative cable from the battery while recovering refrigerant. The first step includes removing the air filter housing assembly bolts and separate the air filter housing assembly and the disconnecting the pressure transducer electrical connector. Under this stage remove the firewall retaining evaporator pipe connector block nut after disconnecting the pipe block to condenser retaining bolt and the liquid pipe block retaining nut for the refrigerant suction hose. Unfasten the liquid evaporator pipe support clamp bolt while also removing the liquid evaporator pipe together with the refrigerant suction hose. Place the refrigerant discharge hose support clamp bolt then tighten it to 8 nm while installing the condenser connector block bolt followed by tightening to 16 nm. Attach the compressor connector block retaining nut to the refrigerant suction hose and the refrigerant discharge hose while tightening it to 33 nm (24 lb ft) and finally tighten the refrigerant suction hose connector block retaining nut to 15 nm (11 lb ft). Mount the liquid pipe connector block to the condenser while tightening the bolt to 14 nm (10 lb ft) and then tighten the firewall-mounted liquid evaporator pipe connector block retaining nut to 15 nm (11 lb ft). After connecting the electrical connector to the pressure transducer both parts should be secured with air cleaner housing retaining bolts at 12 nm (106 lb in) torque. Finally reconnect the negative Battery Cable while performing a/c system evacuation and recharging.
