How to Replace a Vehicle Speed Sensor for Output on 2010 Chevrolet Aveo?

Fitting a new output speed sensor begins with disconnecting the negative Battery Cable first. First disconnect the encoder 1 electrical connector before removing the retaining bolt and removing the output shift sensor from its location inside the transaxle. Apply t-iv automatic transmission fluid gm p-n 88900925 (Canadian P-N 22689186) to the o-ring then install an o-ring on the oss sensor before installation. Fasten the oss sensor with the retaining bolt at 7 nm (62 lb in) torque and reinstall its electrical connector and the negative Battery Cable.
