Take off the Brake Drum retainers when they are present before removing the Brake Drum. When reinstalling the Brake Drum take the j-41013 (Rotor Resurfacing Kit) to eliminate Brake Drum surface corrosion from wheel hub flange mating area. After applying j-42450-a wheel hub resurfacing kit to clean wheel hub flange from corrosion use the kit to install the Brake Drum. Set the drum brakes back to correct position then replace the tire and wheel unit. To properly position the brake pads use the brake pedal between two and three times.
