How to replace the engine coolant pipe on 2010 Chevrolet Corvette?

To be able to replace the engine coolant air bleed pipe, first drain a gallon of coolant using cooling system draining and filling (Static Fill) (GE 47716). Then take out the intake manifold sight shields, then the throttle air body assembly. Remove the mounting bolts of the coolant air bleed pipe and before replacing the coolant air bleed hose detach it from the hose. To install, assemble the coolant air bleed pipe and o-rings on the cylinder heads, and install the mounting bolts of the coolant air bleed pipe while ensuring that the bolts are correctly tightened. The coolant air bleed pipe cover bolts should be tightened to 12 nm or 106 lb in. Access the studs at the end of the plugs and repair connection at the rear end of the manifold. Re-tighten before replace the manifold sight shields back. Reattach the coolant air bleed hose and the throttle air body part of the assembly. At last, fill the cooling system using cooling system draining and filling (Static Fill) (GE 47716).
