How to replace the Air Inlet Blend Door Actuator on 2010 Chevrolet HHR?

To replace the Air Inlet Valve Actuator, remove first the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT) and Instrument panel (I/P) retainer, remove I/P tie bar. Unplug the recirculation actuator electrical connector and remove the recirculation actuator screw and actuator as well. For the installation, make sure that the key is in the OFF position while joining electric connector to ensure perfect calibration. Mount the recirculation actuator and fasten it with the screwed torque of 2.2 Nm (19 lb in). Reconnect the recirculation electrical Quad, then install the I/P tie bar and retainer. Lastly replace the HVAC CTRL (BATT) fuse. Do not make any adjustments to the controls on the HVAC control assembly while calibrating so as not to cause the engine and HVAC to perform incorrectly, and turn the engine on while it continues to run for 1 minute.
