How to replace the Battery Sensor for RPOs LZE/LZ4/LGD on 2010 Chevrolet Impala?

To install a replacement Battery Current Sensor (RPOs LZE/LZ4/LGD) unplug the I/P harness at the sensor and unplug the battery cables. Cut the tie straps and tape which is used to hold the sensor in place, take note of the placement of the sensor. Place the new sensor over the cable, fasten it and reorganize the cables and the harness.
