How to replace the Air Inject Check Valve on 2010 GMC Canyon?

In order to change the Secondary Air Injection Check Valve, access the hood, and unscrew the air cleaner outlet duct. Disattach the AIR pump outlet hose and engine wiring harness to the AIR check valve. Dismantle the valve and gasket, and a new gasket and valve. Reaffix the wiring and the hose, and refit the duct and close the hood.
