Begin by removing the front seat belt upper guide shoulder bolt through the trim cover of the upper guide and proceed to take out the bolt. The body rear corner trim panel must be removed yet extended cab owners need to keep in mind that their front seat belt retractor/pretensioner resides within the rear door. Unscrew the front seat belt anchor bolt while also detaching the electrical connector which runs to the retractor/pretensioner. To complete this step. Disconnect the bolt which anchors the seat belt retractor/pretensioner assembly to the body after which you can extract the front seat belt assembly from the motor vehicle.
