How to replace the positive battery cable from the control module to the auxiliary BEC on 2010 GMC Yukon?

The first step to change the positive Battery Cable between control module and auxiliary bec requires system high voltage disabling. Proceed with the following order to replace the positive Battery Cable: remove the auxiliary bussed electrical center (BEC) cover followed by disconnecting the positive Battery Cable nut and lead from the mega fuse stud. After engine shield removal the task advances to disconnect positive Battery Cable clips (2, 3, and 4) from the frame crossmember. Through the wheel opening, reach the right wheelhouse panel to remove it then detach both positive Battery Cable clips. First detach the clip from the brake pipe before ending with the clip detachment from the air cleaner adapter bracket. And once again lower the vehicle so you can disconnect the air cleaner assembly as well as the positive Battery Cable clips (4 and 5) from both the air cleaner support bracket and fender inner panel. Parallel wire disconnection starts with removing the positive Battery Cable electrical connector which connects to the drive motor generator control module after separating the positive Battery Cable from the vehicle body. The positive Battery Cable must be connected to its vehicle location followed by installation of the electrical connector to the drive motor generator control module. After fitting Battery Cable clips (2, 3, and 4) to their designated positions replace the air cleaner assembly followed by the right wheelhouse panel. After fully raising the vehicle install the positive Battery Cable clips starting from position number 2 followed by positions number 3 and 4 on the frame crossmember and finally position the engine shield. The positive Battery Cable lead needs attachment to the mega fuse stud after lowering the vehicle while installing the positive Battery Cable nut and tightening to 9 nm (80 lb in). Finish the procedure by first putting back the auxiliary bec cover before enabling the high voltage system.
