Check the rubber section of the engine mount strut for signs of hardness and examine it for splitting as well as cracking. Put the engine mount strut in position while bolt and nut installation should be done at the engine mount strut bracket on the upper radiator support, then torque the engine mount strut bolt to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.). Fasten the engine mount strut to the left engine mount strut bracket on the engine through its bolt and nut sequence while tightening the engine mount strut nut to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
