  Vehicle elevation and right rear wheel removal and right rear fascia extension detachment should be completed before beginning replacement work on the Air Suspension Compressor. The Air Hose connection to the intake Air Filter and Air Suspension Compressor must be freed up after you clean all parts and associated areas to keep dirt outside the elc system. Start by detaching the air tube from the air dryer and afterward break loose the bolt and the harness tie-strap with the air tube which connects to the Air Suspension Compressor bracket structure. First, remove the vehicle harness connector from the Air Suspension Compressor connector along with both nuts and bolt and the Air Suspension Compressor assembly from the vehicle. Use a wrench to remove the Air Suspension Compressor connector from its anchor point before undoing the bracket's two bolts and heat shield then detach the Air Suspension Compressor assembly from the bracket by removing three additional bolts. The Air Suspension Compressor needs two separate location detachments of its air dryer and hose assemblies before its screws and brackets can be removed. You must install the two compressor brackets by using two screws while setting the torque to 7 nm (62 inch lbs.). The Air Suspension Compressor requires Air Hose connections at two points before air dryer installation. Install the Air Suspension Compressor assembly on the bracket following the application of three bolts which require a 3 nm (26 inch lbs.) torque setting but delay the installation of the third heat shield bolt until you complete the air tube setup. Secure the Air Suspension Compressor assembly onto the vehicle through two nuts and a bolt by tightening them to 9 nm (80 inch lbs.). The Air Suspension Compressor service harness should attach to the Air Suspension Compressor connector after users install the intake Air Filter and connect the air tube to the air dryer. Move to complete the installation by routing the air tube and harness tie to the Air Suspension Compressor bracket where you should fasten it with the bolt at 4 nm (35 inch lbs.). After this step you can reinstall the right rear fascia extension and the right rear wheel. During vehicle preparation for a drive enable ignition then wait 45 seconds to allow air adjustable Shock Absorbers to receive residual pressure before lowering the vehicle.
